Our new on-line booking system is now live and courts must be booked using this.
We ask that you bear with us, as we get used to this new booking system.
What you have to do:
You will have received 2 emails from http://www.clubmanager365.com – one with your username and one with your password.
Open clubmanager365 by clicking on the Login on either of the clubmanager365 emails or http://www.clubmanager365.com and enter your login & password.
We recommend that on first login you change your password to one that you can remember easily. Click on my services to do this. Password is case sensitive.
Make sure you check your Spam/Junk folder in case emails are caught there!
To book a court:
Select date you wish to play, then select morning, afternoon or evening.
Click on timeslot on court you want. When you click on time slot “make a booking” pop-up will appear.
For Singles – Select player (s) you want to play with
For Doubles – Select All Players playing this is so that we have a record and we can support Contract Tracing if required.
Select Match Type- Friendly/Coaching
Press Book. The system will now send an email to the player(s) involved in the booking
You now have booked your court.
Please note you can only book a court 1 week in advance
To cancel a court:
As a courtesy to other members, we ask that if you are not going to use your court selection, that you Cancel it.
Select your booking and then select Cancel court – this will email your opponents and let them know match cancelled.
If all courts are booked at time you looking for one, the you can “Watch Court” – this feature will let you know if court becomes available due to scheduled slot cancelled and now available.
